Parkrun pb

Freezing cold run this morning, the river was actually frozen. Got a pb 25:51 and was 1st in my age category.

What a lovely way to welcome in 2017 - a gangsters and molls themed party at the Maddams with the Martins too.  Dancing the night away, lots of Disarono, and some time in the hot tub (Cam only for that one!!)  Home for a well earned new year lie in at 3:30 am.
