Alfie has THE op

Alfie spent Thursday at the vets having his testicals removed!

He was really lethargic after the anaesthetic when he came home Thursday evening.  He was much better Friday 👍

He was fine with his wound until Monday when Clara realised he had worked out one of his stitches!!  We got him a 'cone of shame' to stop him licking the wound and making it worse before his check up tomorrow. 

Alfie had THE op

Alfie had an appointment at Trinity vets with a sharp knife!  He came home very tired and lethargic from the anasthetic but seemed to recover well. 

Clara also had a cough and a cold so they snuggled up together on the sofa. 

Ice bucket challenge

Clara took part in the 2014 craze that is the Ice Bucket Challenge. Which is meant to be a charity thing but has gone a bit mad on Facebook.  

What happens when Alfie's left alone...

Clara went to see celeste's school play at Homewood this evening- grandma picked her up at 5:15 to get to Tenterden for 7:00!!!  She said it was really well done. 

Dad, Cam and I went to see Deadpool at the cinema. Really good film. 

As Alfie was at home alone he let himself into cam's room and had about 7 throat lozenges and a drink of highly concentrated juice!!

This is the juice not Alfie's blood when Cam caught him!!

Larkfield ladies first win.

The under 14s won their first ever match today. 2:1 against the Tigers. 

Grace M scored an early goal followed by a corner before the end of the first half by Louise. They got a goal back from a lovely free kick in the 2nd half. It was a close run second half but the girls hung on for the win. 

Clara was marking a very tall girl. Cam, who came to watch for the first time, told her to jump so Clara did!!
